Just got the ok from my wife and talked to the local tractor dealer. Thought I'd do a quick price check though. He gave me a quote for the following:
B7510 hydro with foldable ROPS and loaded (in the rear) bar/turf tires
LA302 FEL
REK60-24B mmm
$14,650
He also has one that was new but he loaned to someone while his tractor was in the shop which has about 5 hours on it for $14,250. The other cool thing about this one is that it has R4 tires on it right now that I could use for a month or two until the turfs come it. I will initially be doing a lot of loader and box blade work and no grass mowing so this seems like a pretty good extra to me. What do you guys think? If it is a good deal I will probably pick it up this afternoon or tommorow. Anything to be wary of with the tractor with only five hours on it over a brand new one?

Oh yeah, I also got a quote for the BX2230, LA211 FEL and 60" mmm for 12,800. This may work for me but I think the 7510 would give me more. But it kinda comes down to price and a good deal.

Make sure yu still get the full Kubota warranty with the tractor. Might also asked what the loaner was used for, just for backround info. Check the fluids and look for anything low or suspicious looking. Drive the tractor, engage the PTO's, preferably with the deck on, and cycle the 3-point. Tune your ear. Nothing different than trying a new one.
You may not have to change to turfs from the R4's. R4's can be ok on the lawn depending on your soil.
Also make sure this tractor has any other features you were looking at on the new one. ....

Tell him you want it for $14000 flat out for the used one and get two hats. See what else we would throw in since its used and most people who spend that amount of money want it brand new. ....
